VISION LOCKING SCREW MACHINE
The vision lock screw machine is a device that combines a screwdriver, a three-axis robot, a CCD vision positioning system, and a screw feeding system. The CCD vision system takes pictures and analyzes the incoming products. After identifying the holes that need to be locked, it guides the three-axis robot to move to the specified coordinates to lock the screw. This product uses a robotic arm with a vision system. The number of guns is configured according to customer needs. It only takes 5 seconds to lock 6 screws
